The competition is organized in two phases:

- Copyright
(i) By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to grant the Promoter the right to license all information appearing in the application file (hereinafter "application documents"), as well as all documents sent to the organizer. This right of permission is granted exclusively for the purposes of organizing the competition, checking the application documents and determining the winner.
The applicant authorizes the organizer, regardless of the media used (in particular paper and digital), to reproduce, publish, present or disseminate all elements contained in the application file, including all information and images transmitted as part of the application, for advertising purposes. , racing communication.

- Responsibility
The organizer bears no responsibility in the following cases:
