Congratulations! Graduation at Mt. SAC is an important and exciting milestone for our students. Each June we celebrate graduation with an official commencement ceremony for fall, winter, and spring semester graduates, as well as potential graduates of the upcoming summer semester. Important details:
- Graduates:Registration closes at 5 p.m. Graduates must remain until the end of the ceremony.
- Guests:Doors open at 3:30 p.m.
- Park:General parking spaces in plots F and H,and gate parking structure. Accessible and parking for seniors in the Champion Structure.
- Ceremony:The event starts at 17:30 exactly. rain or shine; The program can last 4 hours (graduates and guests stay until the end of the ceremony).
- Jurisdiction:Children and guests are NOT allowed on the field or stage with the graduates.

Graduates should appear on the field in caps and gowns. Parking F and Hand gate parking structureintended for High School graduates and their guests.The Champion parking structure is available to graduates and guests who require accessible parking.After security, upon arrival at the stadium, graduates will proceed to the Check-In counter (south of the athletic field). After registration, graduates will receive final instructions regarding their transition to the assembly area on the south side of the stadium.guests

At the end of the ceremony, access to the stadium is limited to those who attended the opening. All participants will leave the venue when instructed to do so. Participants can meet their families away from home in Lot F or Lot H.

Tickets
All guests must present a ticket issued by their high school graduate to enter the stadium.
Security check
All guests entering the stadium will be subject to a metal detector, visual inspection and baggage check by security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and the safety of our guests and staff.
Prohibited items
For security reasons, guests will be denied entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and handed over to the police. If a guest is found on the premises with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.Prohibited items include:
- Pets (including emotional support animals) are not allowed on the field. Only service animals are allowed.
- Banners and Signs (Only portable signs and small banners are permitted inside the stadium. Alumni and guests may not carry large banners or signs that obstruct the view of those seated around them.)
- Devices that produce noise (eg whistles, sirens)
- Weapons of any kind (eg pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns)
- Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not allowed.
- Large balloons or large groups of balloons that can obscure the view of those around them.

Visitors and alumni are allowed to bring food and water into the stadium. Please note that the ceremony can last 4 hours. Alumni and visitors are asked to plan accordingly.

Graduates must remain for the duration of the ceremony. The turning of the tassel takes place at the end of the ceremony.
Along with the graduates, neither children nor guests have access to the field and the stage.
The entire ceremony can last about four hours, including the procession, the awarding of diplomas and the fringe. So plan accordingly.
